Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Deliver the software applications that provide the functionality end users require by creating intellectual property for a specific market application in the form of software. The creation and licensing of this intellectual property is the primary revenue source. ISVs may be looking to utilize ScanSoft technologies to integrate within their specific application. Software Developer Specialize in building software applications by producing original code that embeds ScanSoft technology within application. Consultant Entity (individual, partnership or corporation) engaged to provide professional independent and expert advice for a fee.
